We only sell digital products. Nothing is posted or shipped.

How you get your ebook

1. After a successful payment, a download button appears on your screen straight away.
2. We also email a download link to the address you entered, usually within a few minutes. Please check your spam or promotions folder.
3. The on-screen button and the email use the same link. It opens a page with both PDFs: the guide, and the trackers and printables. The link works for 72 hours and each file can be downloaded up to 5 times. Save both PDFs to your phone or computer.
4. Your ebook is personalised: your name, email and order number are printed at the bottom of each page.

Link expired or lost?

Your purchase never expires. If you open an expired link, click "Email me a new link" and we'll send a fresh one to the email you used to buy. You can also use our resend link page with the email you used to buy, and we'll send you a fresh link. If that doesn't work, email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID.

Delivery problems

If you don't receive your link within 1 hour of paying, contact us. We'll sort it out within 3 working days. See our refund policy.
