Refund & cancellation policy

Our products are digital downloads (such as the MotherRise ebook). You get access immediately after payment, so we can't take a product back once it's delivered.

Cancellations

Because delivery is instant, an order can't be cancelled once the payment is successful.

When we do give refunds

• Double payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Not delivered: your payment went through but you didn't get a download link, and we can't fix it within 3 working days of you contacting us.
• Faulty file: the file is damaged or won't open, and we can't send you a working copy within 3 working days.

We don't give refunds if you change your mind after downloading, or because the content doesn't suit your personal situation. Please read the product description and medical disclaimer before you buy.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, with your name, the email you used and your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 3 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
